As the Risk Intelligence Program Manager, you will be key in driving stakeholders to completion in investigations stemming from intelligence discoveries as well as escalations from Legal. You will help establish response and escalation processes to route intelligence to the correct business owners and verify that customer-focused fraud and abuse prevention solutions to protect Amazon’s customers and sellers around the globe are implemented. You will also help write Risk Intelligence reports and case summaries. This role requires working closely with teams across TRMS and outside organizations to carry out the mission of the team. This position involves regular communication with senior management and Legal on status, threats, risks and product strategy. Excellent listening, writing skills and strong technical competency are essential.

· Manage multiple complex cross-team projects and investigations end-to-end
· Work across TRMS operations, engineering, analytics, machine learning teams and external groups to define, communicate and prioritize requirements for high-impact analytics and engineering initiatives
· Create cases to enable effective law enforcement escalations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity and create structure for the teams and projects you lead
· Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, analyze and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
· Define and build metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement for your programs in coordination with partner teams


· Bachelor’s degree
· 5+ years of relevant work experience managing large cross-functional technical initiatives in a program and/or product management role
· Experience working with investigators and/or threat analysts on a regular basis, with knowledge of the intelligence discipline
· Experience writing reports to leadership with topics highly technical and complex in nature


· A deep understanding of the intelligence discipline, fraud, eCrime and the threat intelligence community
· Experience with e-commerce or online payment fraud
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies
