We are seeking a Program Manager for 340(b) Pharmacy

In this role, the candidate will serve as primary internal and external program liaison for all 340B-related matters.  Manage all aspects of the 340(b) Program. Ensure compliance with regulations related to the 340(b) drug pricing program.  Collaborates with Finance.  Assist in the budget planning process; participates in the analysis and interpretations of 340(b) pricing trends, and the impact of new legislation. Responsible for operational performance, quality, service environment and regulatory compliance.  Receives assignment in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1.   Job requirements:

2.       Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS/PharmD degree. M.S., M.H.A., or M.B.A. preferred.

3.       Minimum of three years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.

4.       Minimum of three years of 340B program experience.

5.       Demonstrated knowledge of retail pharmacy pricing, inventory and billing systems.

6.       Currently licensed or able to obtain Registered Pharmacist license to practice pharmacy in the state in which caregiver will be working.

7.   340B program responsibilitiesexperience or a minimum of 3years’ experience in accounting and familiarity with retail pharmacy terms and processes (or equivalent education or experience) required.
