LMI is hiring for a Program Manager (PM) position. The PM will be capable of leading all aspects of the contract, including management, administrative and technical efforts. The PM is expected to successfully manage personnel, contract performance, cost control, program schedules/milestones, and deliverables. The candidate will have expert communication skills in order to direct the skilled technical resources and to report the technical progress, issues, and any problem areas to the Contracting Officer or representative. The PM will be the primary interface between the Government and the Contractor for all matters and will not serve in any other capacity under this contract.
Must have at least 10 years program management experience on large ($20+ Million) cost-type contracts with multiple task or delivery orders in the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
Demonstrated expertise with Contract Data Requirements Lists(s).
A certification by the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) at a Level Ill in Program Management, or a professionally recognized certification such as Project Management Institute (PMI) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is required. If no certification is held, then an additional four years of IC PM experience is required.
Desired Qualifications –
10 years experience in the IC in intelligence analysis. Program Managemenmt Professional (PgMP) certification.
