- Coordinate with product management, software development, software test and quality teams to ensure quality, on time releases of Medrio products
- Lead end to end execution of cross functional IT & Operations team projects
- Build holistic plans incorporating dependencies, key deliverables, milestones and risk mitigation plans to ensure a strong foundation for ITOps team
- Act as a scrum master for multiple scrum teams facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including Retrospectives, Sprint planning, Review and standups
- Define and ensure consistent processes and tools for program management are implemented across all Scrum teams
- Owns and manage Patch and Release Management process
- Plan milestones and track progress of internal projects in support of the software development, software test and infrastructure teams.
- Write/edit procedure manuals, SOPs & work instructions
- Track and drive the resolution of issues, working with other team members to remove roadblocks to ensure the timely completion of projects
- Timely status reporting at all levels and escalate project risk and issues as appropriate.
- Research and assess new tools and technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Design new programs, processes, drive alignment and change management
- Quickly understand complex issues and develop/apply simplifying frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision-making, and action
Skills/Areas of Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in information systems, software engineering, or related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience managing software development projects in an agile environment
- Working knowledge and admin experience of project management and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheets)
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, and a preparedness to take on what is needed to get things done
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and questioning existing practices
- Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Knowledge of IT disciplines and interdependencies
- Proven ability to effectively work with both technical and non-technical team members
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
