Program Manager – Cisco IoT Service Delivery

We are seeking more talent to join our team. We have an exciting position available for a creative, inspired problem solver to work with our IoT Service Delivery Team to oversee and manage our Operator Integration Projects and Programs. Requirements:

  • A “can-do” attitude to tackle challenging problems to meet aggressive milestones
  • 10 or more years of experience in Telecommunications
  • 5 or more years of experience working in a cellular environment
  • 4 or more years of experience with a SaaS provider
  • 4 or more years of experience in an IoT or M2M environment
  • Experience in developing and creating new programs for technical telecommunication programs
  • Experience or project work with large scale distributed systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • In depth understanding of cellular network architecture. End-to-end knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE networks
  • Experience in real-world cellular network design, engineering, implementation and operations
  • Strong knowledge of wireless network integration with billing and operations systems (BSS/OSS)
  • Strong working experience in building test strategies as well as creating/executing test plans for wireless/mobile technology
  • Experience in analyzing/troubleshooting test case failure. Proven success in designing and integrating complex wireless networking solutions
  • Highly effective at working in multi-company solution design / integration / delivery teams
  • Effective in working with technical peers, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
