Join Access’s journey to assist in the development of a new model for the management of records and information. You will play a key role in addressing the needs of our clients to modernize and digitize their records information program and processes. Our integrated service platform and managed service program will help us facilitate innovation within our client’s businesses and continue our leadership within the industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead cross functional teams to define projects, programs and plans while successfully leading the delivery of projects in a matrixed environment
• Provide reviews and updates on status as required by the business; help to enhance regular program review forums and processes
• Balance the constraints of scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources and manage program risks
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members, stakeholders and executive leadership in a timely and clear fashion
• Produce clear and concise executive reports and have confidence to present to an executive-level audience
• Influence team members to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Manage risks to programs, actively engage in early risk detection developing mitigation and contingency strategies; highlight issues as they arise
• Partner with internal stakeholders and supporting teams to ensure continuous alignment, build strong relationships
• Collaborate with various areas of the organization to identify resource, budget and time constraints, provide direction on finding solutions to issues
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute on transformational programs that include new processes, systems and change management.
• Manage vendors, submit invoices and track expenses

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
• 7+ years of project or program management in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of agile software development practices (certification preferred)
• Knowledge of program management practices (PMP preferred)
• Experience with process definition and maintenance
• Knowledge of records and information management processes in industry, a plus.
