The Google Cloud Partnerships team is dedicated to delivering programs that create value in our partners' businesses. Our goal is to reward and recognize our partners' successes as they harness the collective benefits of our organizations to deliver an unparalleled experience for our customers.As a Solutions Enablement Program Manager, you will join the Global Partner Enablement team contributing your experience, organizational skills, and your ability to build and scale enablement offerings and partner field readiness programs. You'll work closely with partner field roles to assess and support their enablement needs and ensure proper landing and execution of new Google Cloud solutions and priorities globally. You'll work towards continually improving the scale, depth, and quality of enablement provided to partner field individuals. You will also validate the applicability of the materials provided by subject matter experts such as product management and product marketing to help build enablement offerings. The Solutions Enablement Program Manager will report to the Global Head of Partner Enablement and work cross-functionally to meet business goals.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience working in program management.
  • 5 years of experience in partner development and/or channel sales roles.


Preferred qualifications:

  • 7 years of program management, partner development and/or channel sales experience in an enterprise Software or cloud company.
  • 3 years of experience in the enterprise sales process across segments and geographies.
  • 3 years of experience in field readiness and enablement.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders globally and ability to develop and manage relationships at all levels without direct authority.
  • Ability to assume increasing responsibility in a successful, fast-paced global organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • - Define the portfolio of enablement offerings (tools, resources, etc.) to enable the partner field on new and evolving company solutions and priorities. - Represent the voice of the field to the Partner Program team. - Work cross-functionally to design and operationalize enablement programs and processes aligned to key strategic goals. - Drive continual improvements in our enablement processes by collaborating with the partner field and subject matter experts across Google Cloud. - Work directly with product teams, subject matter experts, sales leadership, marketing, and strategy teams to support go-to-market strategies and to support product launches and roadmaps.
