In this role you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, career development and performance of Business Analysts implementing e-Builder and guaranteeing product adoption for our clients by working closely with them throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.  This includes but is not limited to: 

  • Responsible for coaching, mentoring and development of Business Analysts to increase overall team effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Responsible for all line management functions of the team including hiring, training, and employee engagement and retention
  • Ensure Business Analysts analyze and offer best practices options to client business process/requirements and develop corresponding process and data flows
  • Ensure Business Analysts perform gap analysis activities to identify and document any possible requirement gaps as well as provide creative solutions to ambiguous business problems
  • Review materials and training surveys required for each client assigned implementation
  • Review configured instances of e-Builder to ensure configuration is based on requirements and business rules for new/existing implementations
  • Maintain working knowledge of projects and act as first point of project escalation and subject matter expert to clients when necessary.
  • Assist with UAT strategies, conditions and evaluation of expected results if required
  • Provide monthly KPIs to Program Director & Project Managers

Attributes/Skills Required:

  • SaaS Software implementation experience
  • Ability to promote productivity and quality deliverables within team
  • Ability to effectively present and communication information to customers, strategic business partners, and company management
  • Prior experience with writing and analyzing business and system requirement documents that convey complex business analysis and technology solutions
  • Experience with SaaS software testing strategies, conditions, and evaluation of expected results
  • History of recommending and implementing process improvements
  • Good knowledge of financialreporting (Cash flows, G.L. Accounts, etc.)
  • Proficient experience with MS Office Suite, Visio, and web technologies
  • College degreepreferred
  • Experience with managing employees preferred
