Program Manager at Data Systems Analysts in Crane, IN

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for a Program Manager to lead a team, supporting NWSC Crane, to provide research, development, and engineering to modify and upgrade legacy facilities and technologies as well as to install new facilities and laboratory technology systems that are fully integrated in support of Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, and other non-Navy platforms and facilities. The goal is to develop the next generation of advanced laboratories, test facilities, and other facilities for use in support of Navy as well as non-Navy programs.

Required Skills:

6 years of experience in managing projects/ programs and/ or providing systems engineering and implementation engineering experience for DoD or a Federal Agency.

Must be capable of leading, managing and coordinating the efforts of a team of IT architects/engineers/technicians in development of a new capability

Must be capable of providing hands-on strategic planning and project management support

The selected candidate must be familiar with standard project management tools e.g. , Microsoft Project, DOORS, Pert, Gantt, and have the ability to use those tools in support of project management responsibilities.

Candidate must have excellent oral communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Candidate must be capable of creating schedules and measuring progress against stated objectives and preparing programmatic artifacts and briefings for senior management officials

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field + 6 Yrs Exp or 10 years of related experience. PMP desired.
