Work you'll doThe Information Operations Program Manager will provide strategicsupport, direction, and oversight, and drive the complete integration ofintelligence operations. They will be responsible for collaborating withexecutive level clients and stakeholders on business needs, creating strategicand business process deliverable including business process assessments,strategic plans, visioning sessions etc., and leading and driving clientsessions and meetings.
Additional duties:
• Perform project tasks independently, and maydirect the efforts of others
• Participate in and/or lead the development ofdeliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
• Anticipate client needs and formulatesolutions to client issues
• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
• Provides coaching to junior staff
• Contribute to new business proposals andproposal development
• Manages own personal and professionaldevelopment; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion ofconsulting skills and experiences
Travel up to 10% (While 10% of travel is a requirement of therole, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until furthernotice.)

Analytics & Cognitive will work with our clients to:
• Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management,governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generateinsights leveraging cloud-based platforms
• Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques tomanage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
• Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems,sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings forcontinuous insights and improvements
QualificationsRequired:
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP)or Program Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or DefenseAcquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Managementcertification.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience
• 5+ years of experience managing complexprograms with a value of $100+ million over a period of five+ years.
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS periodically
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering orbusiness-related field
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United Stateswithout the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
• Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work with both technical and functional resources
