Senior Level Healthcare professional who understand both Technical and Business to act as a Program Manager to support the client's Digital Workplace Initiative. This candidate must be familiar with implementing Digital Workplace solutions in a highly matrixed environment. This position requires an individual who has significant experience in partnering with IT teams and business functions to understand business requirements and deploying solutions that bring rapid value to the customer community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Digital Workplace Program is focused on transforming the client's productivity and collaboration environments to improve the end user experience, drive efficiencies, leverage technology, and reduce redundancy throughout the company. The Digital Workplace Program Manager must be "bi-lingual" in both technology and the Healthcare business. They will work in conjunction with the cross functional business customers and across the Global IT organization.
This role will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of our Digital Workplace program ensuring consistency with Company strategy, commitments and goals by:
? Leading the strategy, planning and implementation of the digital workplace program
? Leveraging expertise in O365 platform to drive greatest leverage of technology, adoption by end users, and value to the business.
? Creation of Scope, Key Deliverables, Key Milestones, Work Schedules, and Resource plans.
? Facilitating cross-work stream collaboration to identify inter-dependencies, project requirements and risks, and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the implementation.
? Providing direction and support to project team members and across program work streams.
? Presenting reports defining program and project progress, problems and solutions
? Implementing and managing changes and interventions to achieve objectives.

? Working knowledge of Transformational Leadership and/or how organizations transform.
Education and/or Experience
? Excellent verbal and written skills
? 3+ years' experience in leading cross-functional, global teams.
? 4+ years' experience in driving organizational change through technology
? Working knowledge of a formal Systems Development Methodology and validation requirements required
? PMP Certification
? Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
? Past experience in Healthcare sector.
