Job Description
The Program Manager, Consultant, Strategy & Relationships is responsible for strategy, vendor relationships including but not limited to Shared Advantage TPAs, HRGI, BHI, Optum. The role will also play a key role in strategic projects as well as identification of key capabilities needed in order to support growth within Commercial Markets. The Program Manager, Consultant will be accountable for developing a National Account strategy as well as identifying opportunities for program integration for Specialty products. The ability to remove barriers, lead by influence and break down silos are key attributes for this role. This is a client facing role and both written and spoken communication skills are required.
This position will travel occasionally (~25%), and will report to the Sr. Manager, Commercial Markets Solutions Strategy & Support.
Responsibilities
Provide day to day oversight of partner/vendor relationships, including point of contact for inquiries and escalation.
