Support development of emerging initiatives to execute goals and objectives contained in the EEO, MEO, D&I, Civil Rights, and Disability portfolios as well as assist in research and analysis of emerging military and civilian equal opportunity, affirmative action, D&I, and other initiatives, to include drafting guidance, manuals, reports, Issuances, training curriculum, briefings, meeting support, and all aspects to support the maintenance, implementation, and execution of change management and strategic plans.
Provide support to EEO, MEO, D&I, Civil Rights, and Disability SMEs and staff program/policy analysts. Facilitate the implementation of strategic planning initiatives. Execute Disability equal opportunity policy and compliance management, MEO, EEO, and diversity management policies and guidance requirements.
Provide Disability, MEO, and EEO subject matter expertise to conduct analysis, evaluation, and preparation of program briefs, reports (including issue papers), point papers, and prepare correspondence required to support strategic initiatives and Directors.
Review and prepare draft responses to Congressional requests and inquiries, as well as, requests from other Federal Government agencies and partners. Provide recommendations and program management to meet Disability Program Manager (DPM), MEO, and EEO requests, consistent with policy requirements and emerging trends. Provide input for response to internal and external stakeholders and in the execution of program requirements.
Perform staff actions/analyses and coordination actions related to all aspects of productivity, quality management, and continuous improvement management, including organizational structure and business processes, mission alignments, staff levels, command relationships, efficiency/productivity program management, and modification/waivers of legal/regulatory/administrative controls.
Assist in the development of methods to monitor and track DoD force management policy changes and initiatives to assess potential impacts to DoD Total Force.
Support Directors with the development of long-range policy and program integration within DoD and Military Departments on diversity, equity, and inclusion matters.
Serve as an analyst for various productivity, quality, or continuous improvement initiatives submitted from sources throughout DoD that impact all organizational levels and assess program results.
Draft, write, and edit executive products, including but not limited to letters, memos, reports, final administrative decisions, and briefings.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Management related discipline.
10 Years’ Experience in Federal Government Human Resources.
5 Years as Program Manager (PMP certification preferred).
3 Years in DoD Headquarters (HQ) or Pentagon.
Active or ability to obtain Secret Level Security Clearance.
