We are currently searching for a talented, professional "Program Manager" in Quantico, VA. We are looking for a candidate with Information Technology (IT) services background for a The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) contract to provide Cyber Support Services related to the United States Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG). The objective is to support the MCCOG in carrying out the technical, engineering, operations, maintenance, and management functions that support global network operations and defense of the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (GEN). The GEN is comprised of Eight Information Technology (IT) Support Centers (ITSCs) which are responsible for the management and compliance of devices (specifically workstations and other endpoints) within their regions; and the Quantico Operations Center which monitors network operations 24x7x365 through an array of strategically positioned sensors to ensure the availability and security of the GEN. Specifically, the Operations Center monitors three major areas of the GEN: (1) threats and vulnerabilities; (2) Information Technology (IT) systems status and performance; and (3) global Government operations.


  • Management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified.
  • Managing and leading a technical services staff between 80 to 100 individuals.
  • The PM shall serve as the Government's primary point-of-contact and provide technical supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to support the Government office.
  • PM shall develop and provide a MSR (CDRL A007) using Microsoft (MS) Office Suite applications, by the tenth of each month via electronic mail to the TPOC and the COR.
  • Attend and provide meeting minutes to Government office.
  • PM shall convene a monthly Technical Status Meeting with the TPOC, COR, Contractor technical Subject Matter Experts (SME) as necessary, and other Government stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP).
  • Prepare trip reports.

Required Skills:

  • Active PMI PMP.
  • At least ten years of experience managing a contract/task order of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • At least five years' demonstrated experience supporting a C4 environment consisting of similar network applications and systems described in the TOR.
  • Information Assurance Technician (IAT) level III.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certification.


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Management or related Technology field.
