As part of a Program Management team, you will be responsible for the oversight/management of programs providing support to the Intelligence Community. Duties include technical/task order execution, cost deliverables, staffing, and reporting. Responsibilities include:
- Understand customer requirements and driving program execution in accordance with the contract, SOW, PWS or other requirements documents.
- Foster a good working relationship with prime/subcontractor partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Lead/conduct program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, staffing, and technical performance.
- Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions.
- Act as a primary Point of Contact (POC) to end-user customers and Contracting Officer's Representatives (COR). Rapidly and effectively respond to customer communications with authority.
- Act as a primary POC for interactions with prime/subcontractor industry partners.
- Monitor and manage performance of subordinate personnel.
- Manage detailed contractual, financial, and technical data so that it is easily accessible to multiple stakeholders.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field.
A minimum of 6 years of related experience with at least 3 of those years in a project/program management or PMO role.
Understanding of contract types and the requirements to fulfill contractual obligations. Must be able to demonstrate excellent contract financial acumen.
Proven management skills managing projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details. Experience in preparing & delivering presentations to management, senior leaders in government, customers or peers.
Strong planning ability and the ability to think ahead and balance multiple competing or complimentary requirements. Strong organizational skills is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to periodically (~10%) travel.
Must be U.S. citizen with current TS/SCI, or within 2 years.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Master's degree preferred.
Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional or Certified Associate in Project Management credential desired.
Knowledge/experience working with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and Intelligence Community mission partners.
Experience in developing proposals in response to government acquisition solicitations.
