General Description

The Program Manager role has responsibility for leading the execution of multiple projects & programs across different business areas.

  • Coordinate diverse perspectives from various stakeholders to produce high quality project results
  • Assist in developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas of improvement.
  • Ability to 'drive' projects and programs with multiple stakeholders, cross-functional requirements, and senior level executives
  • Experience presenting to executive level, and preparing executive level materials to support presentation.
  • Coordinate cross-project activities, and identify, communicate, and mitigate cross-stream risks, issues, dependencies
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
  • Assist in defining and implementing best practice standards and governance across programs
  • Recommends options or solutions that meet project stakeholder needs and desired outcomes; validates solutions with subject matter experts
  • Defines the overall goals of an engagement and communicates goals to stakeholders
  • Analyzes work product progress and provides objective reporting of project status
  • Coordinates activities between work streams and identifies changes in scope
  • Provide consultation to projects in tailoring of governance and program/project reviews
  • Ability to recognize and drive mitigation and escalations on risks and issues throughout a project's lifecycle
  • Prepare accurate and timely executive level reporting on all levels of a program's progress
  • Evaluate and asses the results of the program
  • Responsible for managing all program documentation


  • 5+ years of program management
  • Experience establishing a PMO
  • Analytical and deductive skills a must
  • Understanding of the entire project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close, continuous improvement)
  • Self-starter and ability to work with little guidance
  • Overview knowledge of IT infrastructure
  • Professional Services experience managing client projects preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experienced in Visio and MS Project
  • Smartsheet and SharePoint experience preferred
  • PMP and/or PgMP Certification preferred
  • Some minimal travel may be required
