Description

SAIC seeks an experienced Program Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our efforts within a dynamic and complex operational environment. This role offers the chance to oversee transformative programs across a multidisciplinary team, ensuring alignment with client goals while fostering growth in emerging technologies.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support program execution and operations within a multidisciplinary operational support program
  • Act as the primary liaison between customer project leads and contract stakeholders, driving performance success and maintaining consistent communication
  • Develop and implement strategic communications to optimize program performance, ensuring alignment with the organization's operational goals
  • Conduct extensive analysis and provide recommendations tailored to customer operational needs and challenges, leveraging technical knowledge and insight
  • Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables, supporting mission-critical operations in high-stakes environments

Qualifications
  • Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly in order to be considered for this position
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management leadership roles, prioritizing operational excellence and large-scale program coordination
  • Proven capability in strategic communications, operational performance tracking, and tactical execution in support of U.S. Government and national security missions
  • Strong expertise in strategic planning & execution, risk mitigation and budgeting & financial oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution to meet immediate operational demands
  • Familiarity with RF systems and engineering principles, covering communications systems.
  • Exceptional ability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic operational environments
  • Capable of conveying complex technical concepts in accessible language to a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in leading international projects; expertise in current foreign affairs and international relations
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field; advanced certifications in program or project management are a plus
