Job Description: 

Responsible for managing the cost, schedule and technical performance requirements of a program through all phases from inception to completion. Directing the preparation of moderate to large size proposals, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budget and financial terms/conditions of a contract. Ensures that all manpower such as engineering, manpower, production and facilities are available to support the program. Works with dealer/customers to determine needs, requirements and new business opportunities. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas. Support the pursuit of the division’s orders and revenue targets.   

Qualifications: 

  • BS/BA required
  • 5+ years’ experience in program management or operations
  • 4+ years’ international experience
  • 4+ years direct customer interface experience
  • 2+ years’ experience managing proposal efforts

Preferred Additional Skills: 

  • Master’s degree, MBA preferred
  • Knowledgeable of tactical communications a plus
  • Defense industry experiencedesired
  • PMP Certificate desired
