LinQuest is seeking a Program Management Acquisitions Support Specialist to join our team at Bolling AFB. We are seeking an experienced Program Management Acquisitions Support Specialist to assist our customer leadership team to acquire and develop advanced solutions to combat developing and future threats. As a key member of our team, you will use your experience and technical knowledge to think-out-the box to generating next generation space, airborne, cyber and sensor systems to combat unknown threats decades from today. We are seeking a Program Management Acquisitions Support Specialist, to assist our USG customers, with 10-years of DOD and IC experience supporting acquisitions efforts within the SAP/SCI environment. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of program management to acquire next-generation of advanced systems. This is an excellent opportunity to use your technical knowledge and program experience to deliver capabilities to satisfy future warfighter needs. This is a long-term program concentrating on highly technical needs of the USAF community to include: R&D, large future acquisitions and solving QRC hard-to-solve threats. Required Experience:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered for this position
  • 10+ years supporting DoD/IC SCI and/or SAP efforts - supporting acquisition, management or operations of advanced systems. Technical expertise in one of the following areas of: Satellites, Space, Sensor, or Advanced Aircraft development/operations.
  • 10+ years of Program Management Support and Acquisition Experience of technical systems
  • BS/BE in a technical field - Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields
  • Ability to work with a highly technical customer on advanced concepts
  • Ability to look strategically and long-term to solve emerging technical threats.
  • Outstanding presentation and writing skills

Preferred Experience:

  • MA/MS/MBA degree
  • 15+ years supporting as a military officer support flight operations and testing, research and/or acquisition of advanced aircraft systems. For satellite positions, past experience support AS&T or Acquisition organizations (NRO, SMC, etc.) developing/delivering sensors and payloads.
  • SETA/System Engineering experience – developing user requirements, concepts, specifications, acquisition strategies and implementation of these systems into the enterprise.
  • Past experience supporting ACAT I and/or ACAT II acquisition programs
  • Past development experience in a laboratory or deployment of these systems.
