Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Program Director, Revenue Cycle Trainer who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
As the Program Director Revenue Cycle Trainer, you will:
•Regularly conduct scheduled training classes to measure and - through
approved training methods.
•Improve the level of competency within Revenue Cycle.
•This position will also develop curriculums and document applications and
other specific training materials as needed.
•Work under the instruction of the VP, Revenue Cycle for the acute facilities and
Revenue Cycle Leadership and will perform any and all related job duties as
assigned. This position is expected to consistently abide by (and model) all
company policies and procedures, including the AHC RISES values.
Qualifications include:
•Must have a minimum of at least 10 years content building, training and
facilitation with at least 3 years within a Revenue Cycle environment
•At least 5 years experience leading training technology platforms
•At least 3 years experience developing and implementing enterprise level
training strategy
•Proven experience translating raw data into actionable goals and outcomes
•Proven ability to communicate at a corporate (including C-Suite) level
•Exemplary facilitation skills in public speaking and presentation in Revenue
Cycle areas
•Strong PI methodology background, DMAIC preferred
•Training education and/or certifications (CPLP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP), OR •Healthcare Industry certifications required (HFMA, AHAM, ACHE) prior to or within one year of hire
