Partners with Associate Medical Director to provider clinical leadership and supervision for the child and adolescent programs and services. Coordinates care and clinical approach across the continuum of care. Interfaces and collaborates with external regulatory and community agencies. Position requires use of a strong clinical background in order to develop staff and to implement best practices in the care of various sub specialty populations. Five plus years of leadership experience desired.
-Master's Degree and appropriate certification.
-LCSW, Ph.D or Psy.D and licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut.
-Five plus years of leadership experience is desired.
-Experience managing and developing employees.
-Specialization in Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Services.
-Strong communication skills required - both written and verbal.
