Program Director
We are actively seeking a qualified Program Director who will oversee the daily operations and administration of the Early Head Start Partnership Program. The candidate will be experienced in the field of Early Childhood Development and general management. The Program Director's responsibilities include supervising recruitment of staf f, property maintenance, marketing and communication, financial management, and communication with role players. The Program Director will be required to drive to make monthly or bi-monthly visits to the childcare providers across multiple counties around Pennsylvania. These visits would occasionally require an overnight stay in hotel. Therefore, the position requires either a valid driver's license or other alternative forms of transportation which can be used to travel as needed.
As a minimum requirement, you must have a baccalaureate degree and experience in supervision of staff, fiscal management, and administration.
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week; Monday - Friday; 52 Weeks Per Year.
