You will work with a team of professionals who deliver quality behavioral health services and take the lead in managing and overseeing those services to ensure they are of utmost quality, compliance and clinically sound. This position allows you to maximize your expertise in employee management and engagement, as well as creating process improvement and program integrity.

This position will work out of professional offices located in Strafford, PA and will be responsible to provide leadership and direction to Devereux's BHRS Service line. This includes management of the fiscal and daily operations of the program, staffing, training, compliance to regulatory guidelines and Devereux policies and procedures. Recognize the challenges in implementation of the regulations, establishing critical indicators and develops methods to monitor and remedy targeted quality challenges. Prepares and monitors basic action plans and /or corrective action plans to address difficulties or non-compliance. In addition, this role is key in oversight of activities which enhance referral development through monitoring and assessment of current processes as well as exploring new market segments and reaching out to possible new referral sources.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health's BHRS Program uses a process that strives to create positive outcomes – such as problem solving and coping skills - for the child through a structured and individualized process that is family-centered and culturally competent. Our staff works as a team with the individual's family members to provide them with the tools needed to help the individual succeed in his or her environment. We also seek to build a family's natural supports-their network of social and community relationships (such as teachers, coaches and friends) that can be a source of strength for the child and family. Client Population: children and adolescents between the ages of two to 21 with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with the goal of treating the individual in his or her home, school and community.

Qualifications

Education : Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Administration, Education or related field.

Experience : 10 years of experience in a top management position with a large, challenging health care organization dealing with individuals with disabilities. Valid driver's license must be maintained.
