The Program Director will be based at Boston College and will be responsible for building and cultivating a college community, fostering shared ambition, and inspiring intellectual curiosity among students and faculty at MCI-Shirley. This position will also include an affiliation with BPI, who will provide professional training, technical assistance, and community through the national Consortium for the Liberal Arts in Prison.
