The American Nurses Foundation, the philanthropic arm of ANA, is recruiting a Program Director to oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of the Foundation’s Reimaging Nursing Initiative (RNI), a 3 year grant. The Program Director will have responsibility for the creation and execution of the Foundation’s RNI grantmaking, grant oversight, communication, and reporting. This will require collaboration across the ANA Enterprise to assess synergistic activities across the organization and identify collaborations within existing programs and opportunities and gaps in the market, as well as external stakeholders and funders. This position is for a 3 year appointment, coinciding with the length of the grant.
