The position will attend PSH recruiter meetings to share information on new developments in affirmative action compliance and updates on the organization's affirmative action/diversity goals.

The position also has responsibility for completion of federally required reports, such as the EEO1 and the veteran hire/utilization report (4212).

This position also has primary responsibility for measuring the outcomes of all diversity/inclusion initiatives, such as diversity training programs, diverse student recruitment initiatives, and departmental diversity/inclusion efforts, and providing periodic analytical reports to senior leaders, human resources, and other members of the Penn State Health community.
