This position is responsible for managing and delivering multiple divisional strategic, enterprise and account initiatives across people, process and technology.
This role will be leading and collaborating with Business Operations with scope decisions based on business knowledge, organizing and conducting regular progress meetings throughout implementation, oversee ITG led activities and prepare Business Operations for deployment and ensure successful handoff to Business Operations and Performance Management teams.
Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor Degree with 5 years experience in project/program management, system and/or business analysis or experience leading large scale implementations OR 9 years experience in program/project management, system and/or business analysis, experience in migrations implementations.
*6 years of progressive responsibility managing multiple large complex initiatives/projects.
*Leadership experience in multi-discipline, high-performance work teams/groups.
*Leadership experience and adaptability when facing unique challenges encountered on project/program.
*Experience in servicing internal and external customers across diverse environments.
*Experience with multiple full lifecycle (SDLC & AGILE) projects with strong understanding of how each phase fits into the overall lifecycle.
*Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects/initiatives.
*Knowledge of insurance industry and medical management terminology.
*Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
*Clear and concise written and verbal communications skills including presentation and interpersonal skills in order to work across various departments and with various levels of management.
