Main Responsibilities -
Manage Projects, Enhancements, and Large scale maintenance activities for Contact Center Application portfolio.
Responsible for tracking day to day prioritization of work, project and work request estimation.
Responsible for partnering with business on project planning, timeline and resolving dependencies.
Collaborate with Development and Sustain teams on major maintenance activities and business communications.
Efficient management of the resources ensuring that team members are optimally allocated to high priority projects and effectively utilizing all team resources is a key responsibility of this position.
Maintain open communication and manage delivery and budget expectations with respect to programs/projects and enhancements ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process will be required.
