Provide project and program management expertise to government customers in support of acquisition of major automated information systems
Provide support to the preparation and evaluation of technical documents, papers, studies, analysis, and briefings in support of acquisition of major automated information systems
Prepare and execute detailed analyses of project and program management activities
Provide support for processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs for automated information systems
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in program / project status and schedulereporting and analysis
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Marine Corps Systems Command, Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) policy and documentation related to planning, programming, and budgeting system (PPBS)
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the lifecycle management of military acquisition programs
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with the requirements of the Department of Defense 5000 series
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a large and diverse team
BS or BA degree in a Business, Management, or relevant discipline from an accredited college/university
An AS or AA degree from an accredited college and an additional 4 years of experience; or an additional 8years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree
6 years of experience in program management , technical or business analysis; 2 years of which must be in technical efforts supporting the acquisition of automated information systems
