Will provide systems materiel release support to the Counter-Rocket, Artillery, Mortar (C-RAM) Program Directorate as part of system life cycle acquisition. Will support development, acquisition and management of materiel release plans, documentation and schedules. Will support development or acquisition of required materiel release Program of Record and Urgent Need Program documentation. Will support the C-RAM Program Office Product Assurance and Production Branch with materiel release tasks and assist the Government Lead Product Assurance Engineer during planning and execution of all materiel release activities. Will identify and manage system materiel release requirements for incorporation in acquisition planning, development, and technical documentation. Will interface with Government and othercontractor personnel on a daily basis and must operate in a team environment. Support of C-RAM Program Directorate Product Assurance and Production Branch at remote sites for meetings is required occasionally.

Experience in US Army system acquisition and materiel release Program Management.
Knowledge of Army policies and documentation involving the safety, suitability and supportability of systems and individual items of military equipment that are Type Classified and Materiel Released to soldiers.
Experience with system hardware and software materiel releases.
Knowledge of Army/Joint requirements development process.
Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems plus have excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to handle complex assignments while working in a team environment.
Proven ability to understand, navigate and brief complex technical system capabilities and related issues affecting material release.
Has demonstrated technically inclined aptitude.
Demonstrated proficient ability to produce power point briefs, and other data tables or spread sheets.
Have an active Secret Clearance.
Have a Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) with 4 years of experience; 10 years of experiencerequired in lieu of degree.
Experience with or supporting materiel releasing of military C4I, weapon, electro optical, infrared, laser and/or radar systems.
Experience with development materiel release plans and documentation packages.
Experience with C-RAM, Air and Missile Defense Planning and Control System, Forward Area Air Defense Command and Control, Air and Missile Defense Work Station, and/or Counter-Unmanned Aerial System is highly desirable.
Experience is dealing with Army Test and Evaluation Command, Army Evaluation Center, Army Materiel Command Life Cycle Management Center Materiel Release Offices, Training and Doctrine Command Capability Managers, the Headquarters Department of the Army ASA(ALT) organization, and/or ARSTAFF is desirable.
Experience with Army/ Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition system as described in the DoD 5000 series and Army Regulation (AR) 70 series; and Type Classification, Materiel Release, Fielding, and Transfer as outlined in AR 700-142 is desirable.
Proven ability to provide superior official correspondences and provide clear, concise, mission accomplishing documentation.
Proven ability to liaison and coordinate multiple diverse personnel and agencies towards desired organizational mission and goals.
Have an Engineering or Technical/Science Bachelor’s Degree.
