EOIR Technologies, a Polaris Alpha company, is seeking a Program Analyst to support on-going support to the Program managers at one of the Army's R&D Centers of Excellence!
Join the EOIR team to experience opportunities to support our government customer as they influence next generation radar systems and data signal process technologies. The Program Analyst will support the development of program objectives, operating schedules, and budget planning. Support may include the preparations, analysis, and reporting of program finances; analyze anticipated vs. actuals and provide trend analysis; the development, submission, monitoring and reporting of program contracts, finances, deliverables and reports; and the development, review and submission of program contractual and financial reports. Support may also include the documentation of milestone decisions and reviews.
BS in Management, Finance, Accounting, or similar field
5+ years' experience as a program analyst
5+ years' of experience Issuing, administering, and monitoring contracts/subcontracts/purchase orders.
Experience with DoD 5000 acquisition processes and regulations
Experience in the preparation of technical reports, contracts, financials spreadsheets, financial accounting system and status reports
Possess and demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills
Possess and demonstrate the ability to self-start, set priorities, and work both independently and within a team environment under deadlines
This position requires the selected candidate to hold an active Department of Defense Secret level security clearance, which requires US citizenship while working in support of a government contract.
