Provide acquisition program analyst support planning, status and tracking of multiple acquisition activities for the US Army Product Manager Ground Sensors located at Ft Belvoir, VA.
Essential Job Functions:
Preparation of all documentation required for System Engineering Technical Reviews, Milestone Reviews and Request for Proposals.
Team of one - writing acquisition plans and strategies, acquisition concept briefs, Milestone briefs for ACAT II and II programs, with support from engineers, Test leads, Cyber leads etc. for technical documentation/information,
Leading Milestone, System Engineering Technical Reviews and acquisition requirement package Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Coordinating with multiple teams to synchronize numerous PM activities to, develop documentation required for acquisition concepts/strategies, acquisition requirement packages, acquisition plans, Performance Work Statement (PWS), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development, request for services contract approval packages.
Establish reporting processes and standards and provide status reporting to Product and Project Management leadership for multiple projects.
Coordinate with teams comprised of multiple contractor and US Government agencies.
Interface with higher staffs at the Project Manager and PEO level to include Army Contracting Command on status of activities.
Analyze and report monthly project status, risks, and strategies to higher command.
Participate in weekly product IPTs for planning.
Collect, compile, organize and interpret technical data related to acquisition and product programs.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's Degree and demonstrated 10 years of experience in DoD acquisition program management.
Must possess a Secret Security Clearance.
Knowledge of DoDI 5000.02 Operation of the Defense Acquisition System and acquisition statutory and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of AR 70-1 Army Acquisition Policy.
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
DAU Coursework related to DoD Acquisition, Program Management, etc.
