Responsibilities :This position will support CAPE's operations with planning, development and implementation of systems and procedures needed to meet contract requirements such as: -Develop and submit contract level reports; -Lead efforts associated with providing contract required invoicing; -Implement and manage Government property management requirements; -Track contract labor utilization; -Interact with Client counterparts as required to fulfill duties; -Track split of work with team subcontractors and track compliance with agreements where there are agreements in place; -Supports revenue forecasting; -Provides proposal support for task orders under the Program; -Prepare other financial reports/metrics as requested. Position must understand, learn, and be proficient in CAPE systems and tools for project management, procurement and cost tracking; interact and coordinate with contracting/procurement and project controls (and other internal support teams) as required to meet all responsibilities.Experience :5 years of progressive technical and business experience in the performance and administration of ID/IQ contracts for DOD clients with mechanisms for Cost Plus, T&M and Firm Fixed Priced and Fixed Unit Price delivery mechanisms. Must have general familiarity with the requirements of Government regulations as they apply to federal contracts such as the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs), Federal and Joint Travel Regulations (FTRs and JTRs) and other government procurement and contract management practices, such as Government Property Management, etc.Education Requirements :Bachelor Degree, preferred in Business Administration/Management, Engineering or the SciencesOther Requirements :Lifting up to 50 lbs., frequent walking, standing and sitting at a computer for extended periods of time. Moderate exposure to noise in the work environment. Candidates must successfully pass standard CAPE pre employment drug and background screens.
