The Professional Services Operations Manager is a leader with strong operations experience to work with the VP of Professional Services in support of our growing Services business. The ideal candidate is experienced in supporting a Professional Services organization, is passionate about data analytics, and turns plans into outcomes. This Operations Manager will help craft, enhanced, and grow processes for our Professional Services business while leading data-driven analyses, enhancements, and tracking success metrics.
The Operations Manager will institute processes to drive operational efficiency within the team and the business and drive the roadmap to strengthen operations. The Operations Manager will partner with PS leaders and collaborate with other Service leaders as well as Finance, IT, and Product Operations. The Operations Manager will enhance and streamline our end-to-end professional services operations, including forecasting, planning, reporting, resource management, and strategic recommendations to drive revenue, customer loyalty, and utilization.
