What will you be doing?
The Engagement Manager (EM) is accountable for supporting sales engagements which include all applicable Services to support our WWT portfolio. The EM is accountable for sales of large, complex, multi-service solutions to Enterprise clients across North America. Specifically, this role will be primarily focused on Managed Service, Complex dedicated and remote support customer needs and developing complex solutions with internal and externally.
Solid technical skills will be very helpful in this role. Strong relationship and communication with the customer, sales, and services organization are essential. It is important to develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the entire portfolio of services encompassed within our Consult, Deliver and Operate. These include but are not limited to: Network, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Managed, IT consulting, collaboration, and all others. Essential to success will be aligning WWT solutions with each client's business growth and digital transformation initiatives.
A successful Engagement Manager will be instrumental in building and closing deals. Relationship building is crucial to this role. WWT sells based on Value not price. Building a strong and healthy relationship is key to successfully selling our value in the marketplace.
