About the Position: The team member taking on this Professional Business Management role would be responsible for application deployment support, application release support, application audit management, RIM and CCAM assessment coordination, application liaison for BSSe ACES application for security/compliance, and the organization's budget and roadmap support. Track all organization's application impacts going into release, RER and CR approvals for releases, POC for all my team's application audit requests, RIM exercises, CCAM exercises, budget and roadmap Power BI support and coordination, weekly report detailing organization's release impacts, authoring organization's newsletter, managing CRP approval requests and other support needed for 6 applications.
About the Team: My team supports 6 applications that have functions mostly across wireless, but also support broadband and other AT&T products. We also provide support for the BSSe program for budget, security/compliance, contract management, audits, budget and more.
Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years experience in software development / production support teams
Qualifications Desired: - Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Engineering preferred; or Business Analyst nanodegree
- Strong knowledge of telecommunication business and technology processes, including Software Development Lifecycle
- Understanding of change control
- Understanding of SOCs controls and other audit areas
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Excel
- Strong PowerPoint skills,
- Strong organizational skills
- Vendor collaboration experience
- Power BI and SharePoint sites experience
