An expanding publicly-traded company is seeking a Production Manager with high volu to successfully implement those strategies, this company has remained strong annually and continues to grow. This is a hands-on, center stage role in Operations that offers visible career growth opportunities.

 

OPPORTUNITY:

 

 Responsibility for planning, scheduling and executing production plan to assure on time delivery and quality commitments. 

Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.

 Coordinate requirements with sales, engineering, procurement and logistics to assure attainment of business objectives and production schedules.

Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects following World Class Manufacturing guidelines.

  

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in related Engineering field with 5 years related production experience. Thorough understanding and working knowledge of statistical quality assessment tools associated with high volume manufacturing
