• Manages several subordinate Manufacturing Leaders or Supervisors and Material Leaders

THE QUALIFICATIONS…

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Masters Degree is a plus
• Minimum of five years using lean or quality tools to manage manufacturing operations
• Experience in materials replenishment, process improvement (lean), project management, and supervision is required
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication, (laser, brake press, hand weld, robotic weldment and machining), is desired
• ASQE, APICs, Lean Certification(s), quality tools and/or Six Sigma are desired
