Level Infinite is currently seeking a Production Director with experience in developing well-known games. The ideal candidate should have full project participation experience and a background in managing development relationships with multiple game studios

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the production efforts, overseeing the entire tech gate review lifecycle of Level Infinite game projects from inception to post-launch support.
  • Plan and lead project schedules, milestones, and prioritization in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage short-term and long-term resource and budget planning by working with the finance team.
  • Develop scalable processes for project scheduling, prioritization, task tracking, and problem solving to achieve results while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and development methodologies to build an outstanding production culture.
Requirements:
  • Strong organization and coordination skills, experience in organizing teams to achieve desired team goals.
  • In-depth understanding of game development subject areas and pipelines, particularly in relation to AAA games and production.
  • Familiarity with localization, quality assurance, submission, and build processes in game development.
  • Experience in development relationship management with multiple game studios, preferably worked with international game studios.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven to build structure and order within the production process.

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $157,200.0 to $328,800.0 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are also able eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) plan, accrue from 15 up to 25 days of vacation leave per year, up to 10 paid holidays per year, 2 floating holidays and accrue up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits eligibility requirement will be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
Tencent Music Entertainment Group is a company that develops music streaming services for the Chinese market. Tencent Music's apps include QQ Music, Kugou, Kuwo, and WeSing; which have more than 800 million active users and 120 million paying subscribers. As of July 2016, Tencent Music's three services held an estimated 56% market share of music streaming services in China.

In the First Quarter 2021, Tencent Music announced it had 60.9 million paying users, up 42.6% compared to First Quarter 2020. In addition, the total number of music streaming users was announced to be 615 million, a drop of 6.4% compared to First Quarter 2020.

Tencent Music was established in July 2016 with Tencent's purchase of China Music Corporation to strengthen its music offerings. On July 4, 2018, Sony/ATV Music Publishing acquired an equity stake in Tencent Music. In October 2018, the firm filed for IPOs of around $2 billion in the United States.

In December 2018, the company announced an IPO with the total value of shares around $1.23 billion, which includes 82 million ADS and 164 million regular shares priced around $13 - $15.

As of 2018, 46.6% of Tencent Music class A ordinary shares are owned by Spotify.

On January 30, 2019, SM Entertainment, the largest entertainment agency of South Korea entered into strategic partnership agreement with China's Tencent Music that included music distribution and marketing in the Chinese market.
