Under the direction of the Senior Practice and Client Solutions Manager (SPCSM), the Product Support and Adoption Specialist works with practice teams to understand and identify technology needs and advocate for and support the adoption of business solutions implemented to support these needs. The Product Support and Adoption Specialist will work with vendors and key stakeholders to create programs to facilitate training and adoption.

Responsibilities:
  • Supports the adoption and use of practice technologies including Clause Companion, Kira, Contract Express and other technology platforms as required.
  • Meets with practice group leaders and other practice teams to assess needs and develop programs aimed at better resource allocation and practice efficiency.
  • Excites and motivates lawyers regarding new technologies by evangelizing use case successes and opportunities to eliminate more routine work.
