- Work with various internal customers to adequately define their problems and document the business requirements. These will be problems and questions that range from typical to highly complex.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and stories to support application design, implementation, development, and operation.
- Document the requirements, approach and assumptions. Perform gap analysis by comparing current state to future/desired state.
- Collaborate with Department Heads / Business Stakeholders to understand and help prioritize product feature requests.
- Conceptualize and Develop proposed solutions to address the requirements gathered. Able to effective design end to end systems.
- Manage and Execute Application Development, Administration, and Support activities in service to the internal and external customers. (eg departments, patients).
- Develop departmental and executive level reports and presentations to communicate solutions, designs, work status and results.
- Collaborate with Projects Managers and other IT team members to estimate solutions for time, resources, costs as needed.
- Coordinate resources, as needed, with Department Heads and Scrum Masters, assist in training, participates in development of rollout strategy, and execution of deployment plans for new or enhanced service/product features to the Field Offices.
- Manage assigned team priorities, workload, and support. Also the development and growth of the team members.
- Partner and collaborate with all departments and all levels of management within the company and conduct themselves in a highly professional manner.
- Adapt to changes, delays, unexpected situations, and effectively manages competing demands.
- Act dependably, including being consistently at work on time, following instructions, responding to direction, and soliciting feedback to improve performance.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
Required
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field and 5-7 years of experience performing business analysis, project management and/or product ownership. In lieu of degree, 9+ years of experience is required.
- Experience in either the dental, healthcare or retail industry required.
- Must have working knowledge of waterfall and agile development methodologies.
- Must have working knowledge and experience implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions; at least one of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency with MS Office products including some or all of the following Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio.
Preferred
- Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- A combination in at least two of the following industries: dental, healthcare or retail.
- Working knowledge and experience implementing and supporting 2 or more Salesforce Service, Sales, Marketing, Community Clouds.
