Responsible for setting, prioritizing, leading, and evaluating the work generated by a software Scrum team in order to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the product. Develop user stories and business requirements using JIRA and Confluence to support the development of software applications. Work closely with healthcare clients to ensure business needs are met by implemented solutions, acting as key point of contact between business stakeholders and software engineering teams. Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities. Participate in large scale health information systems implementation. Collect requirements from stakeholders and documenting them, with clear acceptance criteria for each of them. Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects to collect functional and non-functional requirements. Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories. Communicate within internal and external teams to document integration specifications. Communicate release schedules to internal and external stakeholders. Develop release notes. Research and analyze market, users, and roadmap for the product.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field. One year of professional experience in computer software professional position, which must include one year of experience in healthcare informatics, including use of JIRA and Confluence software.
