Role Summary:

This position will lead and execute compelling content development for marketing campaigns to promote product/service portfolio. Assist in the development of the marketing strategy, sales enablement and launch plans for new releases; generate product naming, campaigns, messaging, content and thought leadership in support of new releases

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

Budget and manage commercial release for one product; orchestrate execution of launch plan; develop strategies to drive pipeline and align to organization's campaign structure

Segmentation and targeting – document and communicate high-level business requirements for each product, service or segment

Value proposition – develop clear and compelling value propositions that address customer outcomes

Product roadmap – provide input to and coordinate cross-functionally to align organization; including high-level business requirements and prioritization criteria to cluster ideas and opportunities into logical product releases

Sales enablement – assist in the development and delivery of information, content and tools in a prescriptive manner that aligns to the buyer's journey (sales playbook, demo, target customer lists, etc.)

Project management – work with marketing, sales, technology, operations, communications and customer service teams to ensure product initiatives around new releases are launched effectively and on-time

Brand – Ensure all aspects of business are on brand, consistent, focused on customer outcomes, and employ best marketing practices

Align with portfolio business objectives; work with corporate communications on brand metrics, social media presence and tone

Benchmarking – maintain competitive fact base; including competitor size, successes, product offerings, positioning, price structure, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Masters' degree or MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience and demonstrated success in Product Marketing across multiple products, systems and/or platforms. Preferred experience in IT industry.

Must be able to travel 50%-/+ of the time

Desired Characteristics:


Master's Degree or MBA

Minimum of 4 years of experience leading cross-functional teams, preferably with international reach across multiple product spaces.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels within the Digital Technology organization, including Executive and C-levels.

Clear skills in partnering, inspiration and ability to build consensus

Proven product marketing experience

Proven track record working with technical, customer, and functional teams

Experience with managing tight programs to aggressive timelines. Capable of balancing deliverables, managing customer expectations and holding to budgetary requirements

Demonstrates detailed knowledge of business operations and strategic direction.
