As Director of Product Marketing you will drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for ignio product(s). You will spearhead the launch of new products and updates to existing products. This includes crafting and iteratively improving outbound messaging and positioning, product-related content, sales enablement, gathering customer feedback, competitive positioning, etc. In concert with the marketing team, you will participate in defining and developing marketing campaigns to drive demand, build pipeline and shorten sales cycles.
Gather market intelligence, understand the complete buyer's lifecycle.
Create and refine product messaging and product positioning.
Drive development of customer use case stories through direct customer interaction.
Define and manage end-to-end product launches with cross functional teams.
Develop sales presentations, white papers, datasheets, solution briefs, blog posts, videos, contributed articles and social media content.
Build a complete understanding of competitive landscape and define competitive strategy.
Build and execute sales enablement programs for both internal and partner selling teams.
Document customer success stories involving the use of your products.
Consistently test and refine messaging and market assumptions through website metrics, surveys, customer feedback and analyst interactions.

What You Need For This Position
At least 5-8 years experience in product marketing for B2B software technology
Overall 15-20 years experience
Strong people management skills
Domain expertise in Automation and/or IT Operations Management. You must have solid understanding of key trends in Automation and IT Operations and Management software products; background in cognitive intelligence is a plus.
Excellent presentation skills
