About the role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies of Punchh's product offerings to help position and market the Punchh platform for its next phase of growth. You will develop and deliver high-impact product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement to target enterprise prospects across key verticals. You will be an authority not just on our products but also on how and why our target segments buy, and what it takes to deliver business value.

What You'll Do

  • Develop comprehensive understanding of Punchh's target audience and key verticals
  • Develop sales enablement, including personas, sales presentations, and competitive battle cards and training, to ensure Sales has a deep understanding of Punchh's value propositions and the tools they need to be successful
  • Develop content including product collateral, website messaging, and demos to drive awareness and customer conversion
  • Conduct competitive analysis to determine how Punchh should be positioned to win
  • Drive go-to-market launches and demand generation campaigns
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Sales & Customer Success
  • Support partner onboarding activities

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Background in the restaurant business
  • 4-7 years of relevant marketing experience in the B2B enterprise software, preferably in product or solutions marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strategic thinker, willing to roll-up your sleeves and execute
  • Experience working in both start-ups and enterprises
  • Consistent track record of partnering with cross-functional teams and leading successful product launches
  • Ability and desire to work in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
  • Willing to travel up to 10%
