The Product Marketing Manager will work with our Sales team members, Client Services managers, and Client Relationship Directors to collect market feedback that will guide future product efforts. The Product Marketing Manager will:

Analyze the competitive landscape. Keep a database of our competitors, understand the arguments they use to sell against us, and recommend ways to push back against their arguments. Keep a running list of wins and losses, and lessons learned from each. Collect intelligence through colleague interviews, competitor website review, and tracking of third party industry reports.
Collect feedback to inform product decision-making. Interview sales team members ahead of the product summit to establish their preferences for product priorities. Conduct similar interviews throughout the year as needed. Also interview Client Services managers and Client Relationship Directors as needed. Summarize and present intelligence gathered as part of the product development process.


The Product Marketing Manager will work with our field organization by communicating the product team’s work in support the development of marketing materials, including:

Messaging, press releases, and tutorials, and field enablement tools such as case studies, presentations, white papers, sales kits, newsletter content and other supporting documentation.


The Product Marketing Manager will work on go-to-market plans for Willis Towers Watson’s current and newly developed products, including

Updated pricing and new services rollouts for our current Individual Marketplace retiree solutions.
Go-to-market messaging, pricing, and communications for future retiree solutions, including retail and mid-market solutions.



Requirements



Ideal candidates should have the following skills/experience:

– At least 3 years’ experience in services/product marketing experience.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build presentations that express ideas.

– Strong analytical and strategic thinking combined with a history of getting things done.

– BA; MBA or other advanced degree highly desirable.

– Willingness to travel as needed.
