Job Description

Phosphorus is seeking a strategic thinker and Product Marketing Manager to help us improve patient lives through genomics. This position marks a rare opportunity to bring our genomics as a service platform (GaaS) into the hands of innovative providers and healthcare executives across specialties.

As a Product Marketing Manager at Phosphorus you will:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, position the Phosphorus platform as the market leader in genomics
Work cross-functionally to translate clinical and technical features into tangible user benefits, and to align product prioritization with market and customer needs
Develop integrated marketing campaigns and campaign content to promote Phosphorus to prospective buyers
Conduct competitive analysis to recommend product, messaging, and pricing strategies
Build collateral to support the sales team across all stages of our sales cycle
Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their challenges and collateral needs
Partner with our in-house and external design team to bring content to life

Experience & Qualifications:

3-5 years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or health tech
A passion for solving complex challenges in healthcare
Demonstrated experience building and executing a product marketing strategy
Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis
Great writer and communicator, especially when it comes to translating complex, technical concepts into customer needs (and vice versa)
Data-driven thinker able to use metrics and to inform tactical priorities
Highly organized and comfortable project managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Energized by collaborating with different teams and personalities
Knowledge of Hubspot a plus
Motivated by fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments
Comfortable wearing lots of different hats, rolling up sleeves and getting stuff done
