Support establishment of new consumer brand targeting the personal care and cosmetics market by growing anti-aging beauty device from post-pilot launch into full mass-market launch, while supporting second product line preparing for pilot testing.
*** Perform market research and analysis to create foundation for marketing plans, product positioning, and messaging.
*** Grow device product line from pilot launch to mass-market sales with retail partners, driving long-term growth using consumer-driven insights.
*** Manage day-to-day logistics of the brand programs, marketing and public relations.
*** Develop selling proposition and launch support plans for direct-to-consumer and retailsaleschannels such as home shopping channels, infomercials, short-form direct advertising and fulfillment, etc.
*** Develop public relations and social media content to maximize favorable exposure.
*** Coordinate creation of advertising and collateral materials in support of brand programs.
*** Manage channel strategy for all geographies, assisting implementation of channel partner strategies and leveraging channel partners and consultants as appropriate.
*** Anticipate bottlenecks, risk areas, and potential market objections to proactively formulate and implement plans addressing concerns and minimizing market risk.
