They are at the forefront for a $25B+ market, resetting the standards of customer care in enterprise software, enabling every organization to make their customers happier.
"Modern Customer Care" is the fastest growing segment in my client's portfolio and this person will lead all of the product marketing efforts in the sector. Ideal candidate will have 6+ years of Product Marketing experience with at least 2 in the CCaaS (Call Center as a Service), UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service), or CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) with an industry leader like Genesys, Nice, Avaya, RingCentral, Zoom, Twilio, Amazon Connect, LivePerson, Zendesk, Noble, Aspect, Vonage, Alvaria, inContact, or other Customer Experience (CX) SaaS platform.
Remote role that will own this Customer Care segment while working in a shared services environment, reporting to Sr Director of Product Marketing.
