We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own our Lyft Business products to emerging use-cases and markets. Lyft Business provides rideshare ground transportation solutions for organizations to support employee travel, courtesy rides, commute, events, and other transportation needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive a strategy for business-facing products in conjunction with the Product and Engineering teams, including but not limited to go-to-market plans, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, product positioning, and messaging
- Be the voice and expert of the business admin audience; collaborate with Insights team to ensure our buyer and admin’s pain points and needs are understood
- Lead business product adoption, usage, and loyalty with clear product positioning, naming, launch, onboarding, and lifecycle marketing programs
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Sales, Design, Support and Engineering to fuel ongoing product adoption and go-to-market launches
- Identify new types of features based on user research, behavior and market trends
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing
- Experience working on SaaS products a plus
- Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketing
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with both analytical and creative teams
- Experience in applying market insights to inform and optimize the product experience
- Strong Excel and analytical skills; SQL skills a plus
- Very strong written communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action
